CBRE has been appointed by the Greater London Authority (GLA) as its long-term Strategic Commercial Advisor, following a competitive tender process.
The appointment will see CBRE provide independent commercial, financial and development advice across GLA Land and Property Limited (GLAP) and GLA. Work will include strategic support on the major regeneration programmes, alongside wider commercial assurance, business plan analysis and scenario modelling to help inform decision making.
CBRE’s appointment will enable GLAP and the GLA to access a full range of advisory services to support effective and informed decision making across its regeneration and development schemes.
This is a pivotal moment for regeneration in London, and we are proud to have been appointed to support the GLA on some of London’s most significant programmes.
