CBRE Appointed Exclusive Agency for the Sale of Premier Office Property at One Reads Way in New Castle, Delaware

CBRE announced today it has been appointed the exclusive agency to oversee the marketing and sale of One Reads Way, a Class A suburban Wilmington, DE office property located in New Castle Corporate Commons, a desirable area of New Castle County.
