CBRE Appoints Brittany Hurley as Global Head of Customer and Tenant Experience for Property Management

CBRE is pleased to announce the appointment of Brittany Hurley as the new Global Head of Customer and Tenant Experience (CX/TX) for Property Management. Based in Chicago, Ms. Hurley will spearhead CX/TX initiatives across the Property Management division, reporting directly to Joe Stokes, Chief Product Officer, CBRE Property Management.

In her role at CBRE, Ms. Hurley will manage the Host from CBRE product suite, which integrates People, Place, and Digital solutions, powered by our industry-leading partner network of tenant experience experts – including Industrious, VTS, and New Stand. She will be responsible for driving exceptional customer and tenant experience programming across our global portfolio of managed properties, and will lead a global community of CX Product leaders.

Ms. Hurley brings a diverse and robust background in real estate and customer experience to CBRE. Most recently, she served as a Strategic Advisor and Consultant for New Stand, focusing on go-to-market, sales and strategic partnerships. Her previous leadership roles include overseeing office and industrial leasing performance at CIM Group for a 20 million square foot plus portfolio and part of enterprise leadership for WeWork across the East Coast of the U.S. and Canada. She was also part of the founding team at VTS in London, contributing to its international expansion.
