CBRE Appoints Chris Bodnar to Lead Advisory Services Healthcare in the U.S.

CBRE announced today that industry veteran Chris Bodnar has joined the firm as leader for Advisory Services Healthcare in the U.S.

Mr. Bodnar, a well-established healthcare real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience, will lead CBRE’s healthcare growth strategy across its Advisory Services lines of business, including Capital Markets and Advisory & Transaction Services.

Mr. Bodnar will also lead CBRE’s Healthcare Capital Markets national practice, which provides real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and debt, and equity recapitalization strategies across the continuum of care. He previously co-founded this practice in 2006 and has been involved in more than $20 billion in healthcare real estate transactions.

Based in Denver, Colorado, Mr. Bodnar returns to CBRE after founding his own private equity firm specializing in healthcare real estate.
