CBRE Appoints David Bauman as Managing Director for Utah Market

CBRE announced that David Bauman has been promoted to managing director and market leader for its Utah offices in Salt Lake City and Lehi.

In this role, Bauman will lead CBRE's Advisory Services business in Utah, with responsibility for driving growth, collaboration and client service across markets. He will report to Cassie Catania-Hsu, senior managing director, who oversees CBRE's Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Albuquerque markets.

Bauman, a Utah native, has spent much of his career leading complex regional and global client accounts and has been a key member of CBRE's Salt Lake City management team since joining the firm in 2014. As he assumes broader leadership responsibilities for the Utah market, he will continue overseeing key client relationships he has built throughout his career while supporting business development and client service excellence across the market.

Widely respected for his leadership and focus on exceptional client outcomes, Bauman brings deep knowledge of the Salt Lake City community and a passion for building strong teams.

Bauman is an active leader in the Utah business community. He serves as executive director of the University of Utah's Ivory-Boyer Real Estate Center and is a member of the Salt Lake Chamber Board of Governors and the World Trade Center Utah Global Advisory Board.
