CBRE Appoints Russell Hodges to Senior Managing Director & Houston Market Leader

CBRE announced today that Russell Hodges has been appointed Senior Managing Director and Houston Market leader, including New Orleans and Baton Rouge. In this role, he will oversee the market’s business operations and drive the growth strategies for all Advisory Service lines, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation and property management.

Hodges has led the CBRE Houston Investor business for the last two years, building on a successful 19-year career in brokerage where he represented office building investors, developers and operators across Greater Houston.

Hodges will replace Peter Mainguy who has stepped down from the role to pursue other opportunities.
