CBRE Appoints Trio of Leaders in its Americas Property Management Division

CBRE announces three significant regional and operations leadership appointments within its Property Management (PM) division in the Americas.
Kim Berg has been appointed as the Americas Property Management Regional Lead for CBRE’s West region responsible for driving collaboration and consistency across the west local market teams and our portfolio of assets under management. Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Managing Director of Property Management in the Pacific Northwest leading a team of over 275 professionals responsible for over 48+ million square feet of office, industrial and retail assets. With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial property management, Kim specializes in Class A office buildings. She joined CBRE in 2007 after serving as a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield.
Tom Lloyd takes on the role of Americas Property Management Regional Lead for our East region where he will drive efficiencies and connectivity across markets and assets under management. With over 28 years of experience, Tom previously served as CBRE’s Senior Managing Director of Investor Services in the New York City market, where he developed a deep expertise working with property owners, lenders, and investors. Recently, Tom received the prestigious George M. Brooker Management Executive of the Year Award from the Real Estate Board of New York. Before joining CBRE in 2016, he was a Senior Director at Tishman Speyer.
Kristi Rankin has been promoted to Head of U.S. Property Management Operations. Her role will focus on driving consistency, governance, and efficiency across our national property management operations, enhancing our global standards and training programs, managing our operational risk, and aligning our performance metrics, to create a more unified and effective service delivery model. Kristi was formerly the Managing Director for CBRE’s Property Management business in Chicago. Prior to joining CBRE in 2020, she served as Chief Operating Officer for IRC Retail Centers.
