CBRE Arranged a 16K SF Office Lease in Pleasanton

CBRE announced it arranged the 16,466 square foot lease at 7133 Koll Center Parkway in Pleasanton on behalf of Comtel Systems Technology, a Beacon-owned company. CBRE’s Adam Ebner and Drew Thomas represented the tenant.

Leasing activity in the I-680 Corridor increased significantly in Q2 2025, according to CBRE Research. Tenant requirements remained stable, but the total square footage increased 9% quarter-over-quarter, a positive indicator of the office market’s recovery.
