CBRE’s Reg Kobzi, Michael Peterson, and Joel Wilson arranged the $3.1 million sale of 1967 San Eijo Ave., in Cardiff, Calif. The team represented Calbay Development LLC in selling the building to Albatross LLC.

The 1,429 -sq.-ft-building sits on a 16,702 -sq.-ft coastal pad adjacent to the Cardiff Seaside Market Center and directly across from San Elijo State Beach. The building was formerly a Jack in the Box with more than 20 parking spaces surrounding the building. The buyer purchased with intent to redevelop the site and occupy its business on site.

“This building sits on an exceptional location in a coastal city, offering immense potential for the investor looking to capitalize on location,” said Mr. Kobzi, senior vice president at CBRE.

Situated in the coastal beach city of Cardiff by the Sea in North County San Diego, it offers valuable exposure with immediate access to Highway 101.
