CBRE Arranges 10,777 Sq. Ft. Office Sublease for Glenn Dubin’s Private Investment Firm at 450 Park Avenue

In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Dubin & Co. LP, a private investment firm founded by investor, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Glenn Dubin, has inked a 10,777 sq. ft. office sublease at 450 Park Avenue. The firm has relocated its corporate headquarters from 55 Hudson Yards and is now occupying the entire 25th floor of 450 Park Avenue.

The CBRE team of Ben Friedland and Taylor Scheinman represented Dubin & Co. LP in the sublease from Junto Capital Management, LP.
