CBRE Arranges $14 Million Sale of Portland Multifamily Property

CBRE has announced the sale of Lower Burnside Lofts, a 63-unit multifamily property located at 60 SE 10th Ave in Portland, Oregon. The property was acquired by NSW Corporation for $14 million.

CBRE’s Josh McDonald, Joe Nydahl and Matt Dodd represented both the buyer, NSW Corporation, and the seller, Berkshire Residential Investments, in the transaction.

According to CBRE Research, the Portland multifamily market closed Q3 2025 with an occupancy rate of 95.3%. This represented a 0.3% decrease from Q2 2025. However, this reflects the market's overall stability, supported by sustained demand and limited new deliveries in core submarkets.
