CBRE Arranges $15.15 Million Sale of Anaheim Office Property

CBRE has arranged the sale of a 69,032‑square‑foot office property located at 2300 East Katella Avenue in Anaheim, Calif. The property was acquired by an undisclosed buyer for $15.15 million.

CBRE’s Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo and Bryan Johnson represented the institutional seller in the transaction.

Situated in Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle, the four‑story, steel‑and‑glass building sits on a highly visible corner lot directly across from Angel Stadium, near the Honda Center and OC Vibe. The property is well leased, providing diversified in‑place income with evenly staggered rollover.
