CBRE Arranges 15,610 Square Foot Lease at The Standard Center in Downtown Portland

CBRE has arranged a 15,610 square-foot lease at The Standard Center, a Class A office building at 900 SW Fifth Ave. in downtown Portland.

CBRE’s Kevin Kaufman and Joe Beehler represented the landlord, Standard Insurance Company, in the transaction.

Lindsay Hart, LLP, a local law firm that has operated in Portland since 1937, signed the lease for space on the 27th floor. The firm will relocate from the Wells Fargo Center to The Standard Center in November 2025. Lindsay Hart, LLP was represented by Eric Haskins of JLL.

It provides convenient access to surrounding businesses and multiple TriMet MAX and Streetcar lines and is one block from Pioneer Place Mall.

According to CBRE research, for the fourth consecutive quarter, Downtown Portland office buildings captured more leasing volume by square footage in the 5,000-square-foot and larger range than suburban office buildings in Q1 2025.
