CBRE Arranges 150,000-SF Lease at Dakota Commerce Center Northwest of Fargo, North Dakota

CBRE has arranged a 150,000-square-foot, long-term lease with Horwitz, LLC at Building 4 of the Dakota Commerce Center, a 633,200-square-foot industrial park in Fargo.

CBRE’s Chance Lindsey, Kyle Ferderer and Levi Gross represented the owner and development partners of Dakota Commerce Center, Hyde Development and Gremada Industries, in the lease negotiations.

“CBRE was able to procure another full-building, single-tenant user within six months of building completion, fully stabilizing the Dakota Commerce Center park,” said Lindsey. “This milestone reflects the continued strength of the Fargo industrial market and strong demand from high-quality tenants seeking modern, well-located facilities. Building on that momentum, we’re seeing additional inquiries for the adjacent Dakota Commerce Center North land, which has 72 acres remaining for additional industrial development.”

Dakota Commerce Center is located at 4060 37th St. N., offering immediate access to Interstate 29 and proximity to Hector International Airport. Construction on the Class A, four-building industrial development began in 2021, with the delivery of the final building in Q1 2026.
