CBRE arranges $17.1 million refinancing for The Crawford Global HQ in Peachtree Corners

CBRE arranged a $17.1 million refinancing loan for The Crawford Global HQ, a 109,171-square-foot office building in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, on behalf of Midtown Capital Partners. The refinancing was provided by City National Bank.

The financing was arranged by CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance team led by Mike Ryan, Richard Henry, Blake Cohen and Taylor Crowder in Atlanta. The five-story office building is located at 5335 Triangle Parkway NW and is 100% leased to Crawford & Company, a publicly traded claims management company that has occupied the property as its global headquarters since 2017.

Completed in 1989, the building underwent extensive renovations in conjunction with Crawford & Company's occupancy, including significant capital investment by the tenant, helping establish the asset as a mission-critical headquarters facility.

“This transaction demonstrates lender interest in well-performing office properties that feature durable cash flow and tenants that have made substantial, long-term commitments to their space,” said Ryan.
