CBRE Arranges $22.125 Million Sale of Multifamily Property in Medford, Oregon

CBRE has arranged the sale of Ridgewood Apartments, a 96-unit multifamily property located at 3141 Alameda Street in Medford, Oregon. The property was acquired by Fourth Avenue Capital for $22.125 million.

CBRE’s Josh McDonald and Joe Nydahl represented both the seller, Investors Capital Group, and the buyer, Fourth Avenue Capital, in the transaction.

“Ridgewood was a unique opportunity for the buyer to acquire a high-quality condominium-style multifamily asset in a market with limited supply and strong underlying fundamental,” said McDonald. “As a highly sought-after product type and with close proximity to major employers, Ridgewood is positioned favorably for sustained future growth.”

Situated on a 3.89-acre site, the property features 96 spacious two- and three-bedroom units, averaging nearly 1,400 square-feet, and provides residents with amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pool, and private garages.
