CBRE Arranges 36,322 Square Foot Lease for TQL in Chicago’s Central Loop

CBRE has arranged a new 36,322 square foot lease at 125 S. Clark Street on behalf of their client, Total Quality Logistics (TQL), North America’s second-largest freight brokerage firm. The firm is growing its footprint, formerly occupying 31,472 square feet in Chicago’s West Loop.

CBRE’s Jon Milonas, James Otto, and Hank Cox and Hadley Cox represented TQL in the transaction.

The new location provides employees with attractive amenities including the Revival Food Hall, a tenant lounge, fitness center and a roof deck. The new space also offers a modern design, with dramatic lofted ceilings and large windows.
