CBRE Arranges 37,898-Square-Foot Lease of Henderson 515 Logistics Center

CBRE announced that Framebridge, the leading custom framing company, has signed a 37,898-square-foot lease at Henderson 515 Logistics Center.

Framebridge will occupy Suite 100 of the newly completed, state-of-the-art 110,075-square-foot facility located at 515 N. Gibson Road in Henderson, Nevada. Henderson 515 Logistics Center will be Framebridge’s third state-of-the-art manufacturing studio to support their growing business.

CBRE’s Alex Stanisic, Dean Willmore, Lauren Willmore, Michael Willmore and Kyle Kirchmeier represented the landlord, Serrano Development Group, and the tenant, Framebridge, in the transaction.
