CBRE Arranges $44 Million Sale of Oswego Village in Lake Oswego, Oregon

CBRE arranged the sale of Oswego Village in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The 102,986-square-foot retail center, located at 11 S. State St., was sold to a Canadian advisory group for $44 million.

Dino A. Christophilis, Daniel Tibeau, Jimmy Slusher, and James Tyrrell with CBRE brokered the transaction.
