CBRE Arranges 52,120 Sq. Ft. Headquarter Office Lease for CobbFendley in Houston

CBRE has arranged a new 52,120-sq.-ft. office lease for Cobb, Fendley & Associates at 4424 West Sam Houston Parkway North in Houston, Westway II. The Texas-based infrastructure consulting firm is relocating its headquarters from 13430 NW Freeway.
CBRE’s Abby Alford and Lucian Bukowski represented CobbFendley. Chip Colvill with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction.
CobbFendley signed a 10-year lease and will occupy two floors in the building. The new office space will feature a modern design with an emphasis on elevating the employee experience with workspace solutions that promote wellness and collaboration. The general contractor for the project was Arch-Con and the architect was Kirksey.

Westway II is a Class A, 10-story office building located near Houston’s Energy Corridor neighborhood. The building features a fitness center, café and conference center and is located near restaurants, hotels and parks.
