CBRE negotiated the $6.23 million sale of Orange Plaza, a 36,360-square-foot office building located at 1615 Orange Tree Lane in Redlands, Calif. A local owner-user acquired the property.
Sammy Cemo, Austin Reuland, Anthony DeLorenzo and Bryan Johnson of CBRE represented the corporate seller in the transaction.
"This transaction underscores the strong demand for strategically located office properties in desirable markets," said Cemo, first vice president at CBRE. "Orange Plaza’s functional layout, abundant parking, and prime freeway access, combined with solid Inland Empire office market fundamentals, made this a rare and compelling owner-user opportunity."
Situated on 2.59 acres, the two-story building features prominent monument signage and ample parking.
Located just north of Interstate 10, the property offers excellent regional connectivity and is surrounded by retail and residential amenities, including Citrus Plaza and Mountain Grove Shopping Center.
