CBRE has announced the sale of a two-building, 26,840-square-foot office portfolio located at 8925 and 8975 South Pecos Road in Henderson, Nev. A&C Pahrump Capital, LLC acquired the property for $6.5 million.

CBRE’s Michael Hsu represented the seller, Pecos Beltway Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.
