CBRE Arranges $9 Million Sale of Industrial Building in Lake Forest

CBRE’s Jeff Carr and Jonathan Carr represented the Nelson family trust in the $9 million sale of an industrial building in Lake Forest, Calif., to 25742 Atlantic Ocean LLC.
“Multiple offers were received on this unique 30-foot clear, free standing corner industrial building. This was a seamless escrow with a great buyer that closed escrow in less than 30 Days. We received a record high price for this neighborhood and product type,” said Jeff Carr, senior vice president at CBRE.
The 22,612-sq.-ft. industrial building features four ground-level doors, and a large secured fenced-in yard. There is also 2,500 sq. ft. of office space, shop restroom and a shower.
Built in 2000, the building is on 1.6 acres at the intersection of Bake Parkway and Dimension Drive, with quick access to State Route 241 and Interstate 5.
