CBRE Arranges Lease Expansion for Mid Atlantic Retina at the Bristol Building in Newark, Delaware

CBRE has arranged a 7,479-square-foot lease for Mid Atlantic Retina / Wills Eye Physicians at the Bristol Building, a Class A office property in Newark. The ophthalmology practice will move into its new location in summer 2026.

CBRE’s John Kaczowka represented the landlord, Rockford Chapman, LLC, in the lease negotiations. Scott Martin of Avison Young represented Mid Atlantic Retina.

“Health care is exploding regionally and it is great that Mid Atlantic Retina has chosen 248 Chapman Road as its southern New Castle County location,” said Kaczowka.

Strategically positioned just one mile from Interstate 95, the Bristol Building offers excellent visibility along Chapman Road and provides convenient access to regional markets and several retail, dining and hotel amenities. The property has recently undergone significant upgrades, including a newly renovated lobby, enhanced fiber connectivity from multiple providers and ample parking.
