CBRE Arranges Lease Expansion for Pep Boys at One Presidential Boulevard in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania

CBRE has arranged a 37,000-square-foot office lease expansion for Pep Boys at One Presidential Boulevard in Bala Cynwyd. Following two previous expansions, the Philadelphia-based automotive services company has more than doubled its original footprint of 35,000 square feet since 2022.
CBRE’s Michael Monahan and Brian Smyth represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
“We were thrilled to be able to work with Pep Boys again to expand their presence at One Presidential Boulevard,” said Smyth. “This new lease commitment by a major national tenant is a positive sign in what has been a challenging office leasing market over the past few quarters.”
The Class A, four-story, 133,115-square-foot office property, located just northwest of downtown Philadelphia, offers convenient access to Interstate 76 and is proximate to commuter rail and other public transit options.
