CBRE Arranges Lease for Metropolis Dermatology in San Jose’s Market Square

CBRE brokered the 6,881 sq. ft. lease of Metropolis Dermatology at 111 North Market Street in San Jose, Calif. This will be the Metropolis Dermatology’s first location in the San Francisco Bay Area; they will move in January 2024.
CBRE represented the landlord, Rubicon Point Partners. Gary Houser of CARR represented the tenant, Metropolis Dermatology.

Its proximity to San Pedro Square, major highways and public transit bring an infectious vibrancy to downtown San Jose that people have been craving for so long,” said Matt Taylor, Executive Vice President on the CBRE listing team.
Located at 111 North Market Street and 111 West Saint John, Market Square is a 325,154 sq. ft. mixed-use, Class A property comprised of two 10- and 12-story office towers in downtown San Jose, adjacent to San Pedro Square. Rubicon Point Partners purchased Market Square in 2019 and have since made significant updates to the building, as well as adding on-site retail amenities.
