CBRE has arranged the lease of a 770 sq. ft. retail space to Stride Lab, a Japan-based specialty shoe store, at Siena Square in Boulder, Colorado. This is Stride Lab’s first location to open in the U.S.

Molly Bayer of CBRE represented the tenant. The landlord in the transaction is Twenty-Sixty Broadway Partners, LLLP. Geoffrey Keys of Keys Commercial Real Estate is the listing agent for Siena Square.

“I’m so pleased to welcome Stride Lab to the U.S. by finding them a space in Siena Square, the perfect location to help their business grow overseas,” said CBRE’s Bayer.

Located at 2600 Broadway, Siena Square is a Class A mixed-use property located in Boulder near Pearl Street. The property is within walking distance of other shops and restaurants.

“Opening our first Stride Lab in the US and introducing a natural footwear store in Boulder is a real milestone and just the start of our US expansion.” said Cedric Scotto, CEO and Co-founder or Stride Lab.
