CBRE Arranges Lease of Retail Property in Tucson

CBRE’s Nancy McClure represented the landlord, K-GAM Broadway Craycroft LLC, negotiating a 33,133-square-foot retail lease of 5530 East Broadway Blvd., in Tucson, Ariz.
Savers is relocating its current store near the intersection of Broadway and Park Place Drive to the new location in the former Conn's Home Plus building. The store will open in the second half of this year after tenant improvements are complete. Axiom Retail Advisors, from Irvine, Calif., represented Savers.
