CBRE Arranges Lease Renewal and Expansion for Mangan Inc. in Sugar Land

CBRE has arranged a long-term lease renewal and expansion for Mangan Inc. at the Offices at Kensington, located at 1650 Highway 6 in Sugar Land, Texas.

The automation and engineering firm expanded its footprint from 22,732 square feet to 28,575 square feet, positioning the company to support its continued growth. The expansion makes Mangan the largest tenant in the building and includes enhanced signage to increase visibility along Highway 6.

Jon Lee and Claire Douthit with CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

“This renewal and expansion allows Mangan to grow its footprint while increasing its presence in the Sugar Land submarket,” said Lee, Executive Vice President at CBRE. “The additional space and enhanced visibility along Highway 6 support the company’s long-term plans.”

The Offices at Kensington is a Class A, two-building office campus totaling 177,000 square feet. The property features a 15-acre lake, walking trails, outdoor seating, a renovated lobby, a grab-and-go café, and ample parking. The campus is located near the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 6, providing access to downtown Houston, and is within walking distance to dining and retail amenities at Sugar Land Town Square.
