CBRE Arranges Refinancing Loan for Platinum Tower in Atlanta

CBRE has arranged a loan for the refinancing of Platinum Tower, a 312,591 sq. ft. Class A office tower in Atlanta’s Cumberland/Galleria submarket.

Brian Linnihan, Mike Ryan, and JP Cordeiro with CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance in Atlanta represented the borrower, Accesso, in the deal. The five-year CMBS loan was provided by an American multinational financial services firm.

Located at 400 Interstate North Parkway, the 17-story office tower is situated near the intersection of I-75 and I-285, providing tenants with unrivaled accessibility. Platinum Tower boasts a robust on-site amenity package, abundant covered parking, 360-degree views of metro Atlanta, and is adjacent to the pristine Bob Callan Trail and Chattahoochee River. The property is also within walking distance of the Battery, the 2.3 million sq. ft. mixed-use development anchored by the Atlanta Braves’ Truist Park.
