CBRE Arranges Sale of 181,655 Square Foot GO|AZ Ave in Chandler

GO Industrial completed the sale of GO|AZ Ave, a 181,655-sq.-ft.-industrial building in Chandler, Ariz., to Applied Materials.

CBRE’s Evan Koplan, Tanner Ferrandi and John Werstler represented the seller, Go Industrial, in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jim Wilson, Brian Lee and Garrett Wilson represented the buyer, Applied Materials.

GO Industrial is a development firm focused on delivering design-centric buildings with a location-first strategy throughout the Southwest of the U.S. Applied Materials is an American corporation that supplies equipment, services and software for the manufacture of semiconductor chips.

Located at 2377 South Arizona Avenue, the facility is one of the largest industrial buildings in the immediate Chandler Airport submarket. The building features 32-foot clear heights, 32 dock-high doors, 3,219 square feet of speculative office space and 52 trailer parking stalls.
