CBRE Arranges Sale of 234-Unit River Pointe in Mishawaka, Indiana

CBRE has arranged the sale of River Pointe, a 234-unit multifamily property in Mishawaka. Monarch Investment and Management purchased the property from LV Property Management.

CBRE’s George Tikijian, Hannah Ott, Cam Benz, Clair Hassfurther, Ryan Stockamp and Sean Pingel represented the seller in the transaction.

Both LV Property Management and Monarch executed the transaction with the utmost professionalism and successfully closed ahead of schedule.”

River Pointe, located at 350 Bercado Circle along the St. Joseph River, is just minutes away from downtown South Bend, which features several dining, retail and entertainment venues, as well as numerous prominent academic institutions, including the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University South Bend. Built in 1974, the property features a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,054 square feet.
