CBRE has arranged the sale of Autumn Breeze, a 280-unit multifamily property in Noblesville. IRT purchased the property from Lightstone Group for $59.5 million.
CBRE’s Hannah Ott, George Tikijian, Cam Benz, Clair Hassfurther, Ryan Stockamp and Sean Pingel represented the seller in the transaction.
"Selling Autumn Breeze to an all-cash institutional buyer group demonstrates the continued desirability for the Indianapolis suburbs, specifically Hamilton County,” said Ott.
Autumn Breeze is located at 14901 Beauty Berry Lane, proximate to Hamilton Town Center, IU Health Saxony Hospital and Ascension St. Vincent Fishers Hospital and within walking distance of the Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center. Built in 2009, the property features a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,066 square feet.
