CBRE announced the sale of Ladd Tower, a 332‑unit Class A multifamily high‑rise located at 1300 SW Park Ave. in downtown Portland. The high-rise property sold to Guardian.
CBRE’s Josh McDonald and Joe Nydahl, along with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team, including Jesse Weber and Andrew Behrens, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
Ladd Tower is a 23‑story, institutional-quality property featuring luxury amenities and condo-specification residences. The property is centrally located in downtown Portland and is considered one of Portland’s premier multifamily assets.
