CBRE Arranges Sale of Two Office Buildings in Henderson

CBRE has successfully arranged the sale of two single-story office buildings located within the Pecos 215 Plaza at 8905 and 8935 South Pecos Road in Henderson, Nevada.
The ±21,908-square-foot multi-tenant office property was acquired by a private buyer in an all-cash transaction totaling $5.9 million.
Michael Hsu, First Vice President at CBRE, represented the seller, Pecos Beltway Holdings LLC, in the transaction.
