CBRE Arranges Three New Leases at Mutual Tower in Downtown Durham

CBRE has completed three new office leases at Mutual Tower, a 14-story, 207,424-sq.-ft., Class A office building in Downtown Durham, North Carolina. The deals are part of the Town Hall Spec Suite Program, which has now attracted eight tenants since launching last fall.

CBRE’s Brad Corsmeier, Ed Pulliam, and Christian Sloan represented the landlord, Turnbridge Equities, in the lease negotiations.

The newest tenants to join Mutual Tower through the program include DPAC, which leased 2,227 sq. ft.; Logisticon, Inc., which leased 1,532 sq. ft.; and Cape Residential, which leased 1,630 sq. ft.
