CBRE Arranges Two Suburban Boston Lab Space Leases Totaling Nearly 50,000 Sq. Ft. at Investcorp’s 20 Maguire Road in Lexington, MA

CBRE today announced it has completed two lab space leases totaling nearly 50,000 sq. ft. at Investcorp’s 20 Maguire Road in Lexington, MA with their partner, Griffith Properties. Convatec, a medical products and technologies company, executed a 24,572 sq. ft. lease expansion and extension on the second floor, and Nortiva Bio committed to a new 22,881 sq. ft. lease on the third floor.

The team of Alex Plaisted and Don Domoretsky of CBRE’s Boston Life Sciences Practice Group led the leasing campaign at 20 Maguire Road and represented the ownership in the negotiations.

“20 Maguire Road stands among the best life science properties in the Lexington market,” said Domoretsky. “In addition to its existing infrastructure, the R&D/lab complex has undergone extensive capital improvements during the past few years, making it a standout in the Route 128 technology corridor at the interchange of Routes 128 and 4/225.”
