CBRE has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment at 77 West Wacker Drive, a 50-story 959,258 square foot cosmopolitan Trophy office tower situated along the Chicago River. CBRE’s Michael Kazmierczak, Kelsey Scheive, and Aaron Schuster will market the building on behalf of ownership.
