December 22, 2025 (Seoul) – CBRE Korea, the world's largest commercial real estate services company, announced that it has successfully hosted the ‘CBRE Cares Charity Bazaar and Sharing Auction’ in partnership with Goodwill Store operated by the Miral Welfare Foundation, as part of its annual corporate social responsibility activities aimed at supporting sustainable community growth and disability independence.
The event was held as part of CBRE Cares, CBRE Group’s global community investment and employee volunteer program. CBRE Cares is designed to create positive social impact by encouraging employees to give back to the communities where they live and work. In line with this global vision, CBRE Korea has continued to organize annual donation and volunteer initiatives that enable voluntary employee participation. This year, in particular, the company expanded its efforts beyond traditional donations by collaborating with Goodwill Store, simultaneously advancing environmental sustainability through reuse and providing meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

In preparation for the bazaar, CBRE Korea employees voluntarily donated reusable items, including clothing, accessories, and household goods. Approximately 1,300 items were collected, including donated goods from Goodwill Store, and were sold through an in-house charity bazaar and auction, with strong participation from employees across the organization. All proceeds will be donated to Goodwill Store and used to support wages, vocational training, and job creation for employees with disabilities. Unsold items will also be fully donated to Goodwill Store, further contributing to resource circulation and social value creation.
CBRE operates in more than 100 countries worldwide and practices corporate social responsibility based on its core ‘RISE’ values: Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. The CBRE Group has been recognized by Ethisphere as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies for 12 consecutive years and has been named a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion for four consecutive years, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion.
“This charity bazaar was especially meaningful as our employees came together to practice resource circulation and care for our communities,” said Don Lim, Managing Director of CBRE Korea. “As a global industry leader, we will continue to fulfill our social responsibilities and pursue sincere, long-term initiatives that support sustainable growth alongside our local communities.”
