CBRE Completes Full-Building Industrial Lease at Irvine Commerce Center in Orange County

CBRE completed a full-building lease for 136,612 square feet at Irvine Commerce Center, a Class A industrial building located at 18582 Teller Ave. in Irvine, California.

CBRE’s Executive Vice Presidents Ross Bourne and Ross Fippinger and Senior Associate Joe Czech represented the owner, an Ares Real Estate fund, in the transaction. Marq Logistics, which represents Ares’ vertically integrated global logistics real estate platform, developed Irvine Commerce Center and manages the property.
