CBRE Completes Over 39,000 SF of New Office Leases at Rockwood Office Park in Wilmington, DE

CBRE announced today three new lease transactions at Rockwood Office Park, a three-building complex on 17.76 acres surrounded by public parks in the heart of Wilmington, DE. The transactions demonstrate a flight-to-quality trend and the allure of amenity-rich office space in the Class A office complex.

John Kaczowka of CBRE led the leasing campaign at the Class A complex and represented the owner of the property, Colorado-based Real Capital Solutions, in the negotiations.

Among the deals completed by CBRE were a 23,054 sq.-ft. new lease for SunnyMac Solar, a full service, licensed Master Dealer that designs, engineers, installs and maintains photovoltaic solar systems throughout the Mid-Atlantic region; an 8,929 sq.-ft. lease by the State of Delaware Department of Insurance; and a 7,785 sq.-ft. lease for an undisclosed tenant who is one of the world’s largest industrial companies.
