CBRE has announced the opening of its newly renovated 14,996-sq.-ft. office on the 21st floor of 200 South Orange Avenue, a 654,618-sq.-ft. office tower in Orlando’s The Exchange on Orange.
The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program, which highlights the company’s “Future of Work” space standards, including innovative technology and a wider variety of collaborative spaces designed to support hybrid working. Since CBRE launched its Workplace360 program, it has continually evolved it by leveraging insights gained from opening more than 100 Workplace360 offices across the globe.
A cornerstone of the Workplace360 model involves office design that improves connection, collaboration, and productivity. CBRE continues to strategically implement a “free address” approach that assigns team neighborhoods, aiming to increase the opportunity to connect with coworkers and expand an individual’s workspace options throughout the day.
“Our new office is a showcase of CBRE’s Workplace360 and is truly industry leading. We are excited to share it with our clients and the Orlando business community,” said Jim Gray, Managing Director and Market Leader for CBRE in Orlando. “As many companies move to hybrid work models, a free-address approach allows for any workstation or office to be used by all employees who are in the office on a given day, maximizing workplace vibrancy and mobility.”
The integration of innovative technology throughout the office supports hybrid collaboration and delivers seamless digital experiences. The conference space features an interactive whiteboard capable of simultaneous in-person and remote use.
The office offers different work environments, including bench workstations, focus pods, and focus rooms, to cater to a range of personal work styles. The collaboration-geared areas feature open and enclosed rooms in all sizes and furniture layouts, as well as a large community space called “The Heart.”
Gray added, "The renovation was a collaborative effort from start to finish, thanks to our design teams. This included everything from the initial design selection to navigating swing spaces and hybrid arrangements. The completed space features a modern, highly amenitized environment that fosters employee engagement and supports hybrid collaboration through new technologies and diverse workspaces.”
