CBRE Expands Capital Advisory Capabilities in Asia Pacific

Asia Pacific – September 4, 2025 – CBRE announced today that SiangEe Lim has joined CBRE as a Senior Director, Capital Advisors, Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Lim will focus on enhancing CBRE’s strategic advisory capabilities with a particular emphasis on cross-border opportunities.

Lim brings a wealth of experience in raising capital and executing complex real estate transactions, underpinned by a deep understanding of the diverse market landscape across the region. Over his career, he has successfully transacted more than US$9 billion in real asset deals, with a focus on urban and digital infrastructure. His expertise spans the entire deal lifecycle, including strategy, due diligence, acquisition, disposition, and capital raising.

Prior to joining CBRE, Lim held senior roles at J.P. Morgan, Macquarie Capital and GIC, working across London and Singapore. His extensive background includes managing real asset investments, as well as mergers and acquisitions across the Asia Pacific region.
