Asia Pacific – August 28, 2026 – CBRE today announced the appointment of Tom Wilson as Director, Cross-Border Capital, Capital Markets, Asia Pacific, further expanding the firm's cross-border investment advisory capabilities across the region.
Based in Singapore, Wilson will advise clients on cross-border transactions across all asset classes, with a focus on Southeast Asian outbound investment into Australia and New Zealand, as well as other key global markets beyond Asia Pacific.
Wilson brings extensive international real estate investment experience to CBRE, having advised on opportunities across the capital stack and multiple asset classes throughout Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Continental Europe. His background spans cross-border transactions, capital deployment strategies, and partnering with institutional investors on complex investment opportunities.
“Tom’s appointment reflects our continued commitment to growing our cross-border capital markets platform and supporting investors seeking access to a broad range of real estate strategies and asset classes.
