CBRE announced the expansion of its Las Vegas office with the addition of a leading retail team of Senior Vice President Dan Hubbard and Senior Associate Fernando Martinez‑Reding, both joining from Cushman & Wakefield Las Vegas. The pair brings decades of combined experience, deep market insight and a strong track record representing both landlords and tenants across major retail projects.
Hubbard, formerly Managing Director of Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield, led one of the firm’s top-producing retail teams. Widely regarded as one of Las Vegas’ leading retail brokers, he advises institutional owners, developers, and private investors on strategy, positioning and execution for retail and mixed-use assets. Hubbard approaches every assignment as a strategic partnership, aligning landlord and tenant objectives to drive durable results. His experience spans neighborhood centers, power centers and lifestyle projects, with a consistent focus on creditworthy tenancy, thoughtful merchandising and long-term value preservation. He is also recognized for his work in the food‑and‑beverage sector, guiding restaurant concepts through site selection, market entry and deal structuring to strengthen merchandising mixes and overall asset performance.
Martinez‑Reding is a dedicated and results-oriented retail broker with expertise in tenant representation, center stabilization and maximizing ROI. Proficient in identifying prime locations, securing dependable tenants, negotiating favorable lease terms for both Landlords and Tenants and optimizing property performance.
In addition to Hubbard and Martinez‑Reding, CBRE recently welcomed Vice President Cory Argubright. Argubright strengthens the firm’s retail capabilities with his data-driven approach to advising national and regional retailers and will work with the firm’s established retail team of Frank Volk and Matt Patros on select opportunities.
“These strategic retail hires underscore our continued investment in top talent and will further strengthen our presence and elevate our retail expertise in the Las Vegas market,” said Cassie Catania‑Hsu, Managing Director for CBRE Las Vegas. “Dan, Fernando, and Cory bring exceptional capabilities, specialized expertise, and strong client relationships, and they join our outstanding retail producers, including Frank Volk, Roy Fritz, Jennifer Ott, Penny Mendlovic, Matt Patros and Dylan Heroy, in advancing our commitment to delivering best‑in‑class outcomes for our clients.”
