CBRE Expands Louisiana Presence with Baton Rouge-Based Team

CBRE announced today that it is further enhancing its Louisiana presence with the addition of a nine-person team in Baton Rouge. The incoming team of talented professionals will be led by industry veterans Ty Gose and Michael Cashio, who join CBRE as Senior Vice Presidents.

The team will focus on commercial sales and leasing along the Interstate 10 and 12 corridor and throughout the state. This addition will enhance CBRE's presence in Louisiana, complementing the existing New Orleans office, and will be instrumental in increasing CBRE's footprint in the region.

Together, Gose and Cashio have a combined 33 years of experience in commercial brokerage at NAI Latter & Blum. Over the last several years the two have completed more than $1.5 billion in transactions.

The new team joining CBRE includes Vice Presidents Chris Gremillion and Jonann Stutzman; Senior Associate Hunter Harris; Associates Landon Leger, Jake Loach and Alex McCollam; Senior Client Specialist Jessica Lieux.
