CBRE Expands Norfolk Office with New Hire
Jeff Parker Joins CBRE as a Senior Vice President

CBRE announced today that Jeff Parker has joined the company’s advisory and transaction services group in the Hampton Roads, VA market as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Parker, who started his real estate career with the local CBRE affiliate in 2000, will be returning to the firm’s Norfolk office to focus on office, flex, and retail.
Mr. Parker, a Hampton Roads native, brings over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate and has a diverse background encompassing a wide range of leasing and sales transactions. He has represented local owners, national tenants and developers, and institutional investors. In addition to his time as a broker, Parker served as Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Dollar Tree, Inc. and as Director of Leasing for a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT).

Most recently Parker comes from Colliers, where he was instrumental in the leasing of Dollar Tree’s new corporate headquarters town center, Summit Pointe, and the sale of Mitsubishi Chemical America’s excess 120 acres of land and 200,000 square feet of office and warehouse space in Chesapeake, VA.

Mr. Parker is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds a Batchelor of Arts degree from Hampden-Sydney College.
