CBRE Expands Presence into Louisiana with New Orleans-Based Professional

CBRE announced today it has expanded its presence into Louisiana with the addition of a commercial real estate professional based in New Orleans.

Bryce French has joined CBRE as a Senior Vice President. With more than eight years of commercial real estate experience across southeast Louisiana, Mr. French has successfully completed transactions across all property types, working with industrial, office and investment clients to represent buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. His specialized expertise includes working with ports and terminals, servicing clients with a maritime component to their business. Mr. French is based in New Orleans but works with clients across the state of Louisiana. Prior to CBRE, he was with Max J. Derbes, Inc. in New Orleans.

In addition, Mr. French has served on the Commercial Investment Division (CID) Board of Directors, is a candidate member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and is involved in his community including supporting conservation efforts as a committee member of the local Delta Waterfowl chapter.
