CBRE Expands Project Management Team in the San Francisco Bay Area

CBRE announced it has hired Nan Reed, Rose Mondragon, Michelle Escobar and China Botsford to join its Project Management team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The team joins from Cresa, bringing decades of experience in project management, design, engineering, construction and change management.
The Bay Area-based project management team will support CBRE’s consult, design, build line of products, offering clients end-to-end products for their project management needs through differentiated, costs integrated services.

Nan Reed joins CBRE as Senior Director, Project Management in San Francisco where she will lead the occupier-focused project management team. Ms. Reed has more than 30 years of experience in construction management, design and project management including identifying programmatic needs, building teams, guiding the design process, and overseeing construction. Her work with single tenant office occupiers and multi-phased, multi-million-dollar corporate headquarters spans across the San Francisco Bay Area and Northeast U.S. in several industries including technology, life sciences, retail, legal, energy, non-profit, consulting, financial and education.
Rose Mondragon joins CBRE as Director, Project Management in San Francisco where she will oversee all phases of project delivery project cost, schedule, quality control, risk mitigation and communication. In Ms. Mondragon’s 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has managed multi-phased tenant improvement projects for corporate occupiers in tech, venture capital, non-profit, R&D, food service, recreation and special event industries.
Michelle Escobar joins CBRE as Senior Project Manager in San Jose and will ensure quality management throughout the entire project cycle, from lease reviews through move management and project close-out. Having worked in the construction industry, she specializes in scheduling, budgeting and change management throughout the life cycle of any project. Ms. Escobar has also assembled project design teams, oversaw furniture installations and managed the construction phase bid and execution process.
China Botsford joins CBRE as Project Manager in San Francisco, where she will manage tenant improvement projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. She has extensive experience in project management and account management, specializing in large accounts with nationwide real estate portfolios. Ms. Botsford helped manage the build out of the Silicon Valley Bank Experience Center in San Francisco, located in the iconic one-story circular building at One Bush Street. She also co-managed the redevelopment of Archer Aviation’s office into a R&D manufacturing space that included battery engineering and testing labs.
