CBRE Expands Washington, D.C. Office with New Hire

Greg Culver Joins CBRE’s Industry-Leading Advisory & Transaction Services Group

CBRE today announced that Greg Culver has joined the company’s advisory and transaction services group in Washington, D.C. as a Senior Vice President, specializing in advising occupier clients throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and globally.

Mr. Culver joins CBRE from Cushman &Wakefield where he served as a Managing Director in the firm’s Tenant Advisory Group, representing local and national occupier clients in transactions totaling millions of square feet across a range of industries.

Mr. Culver has built a successful practice advising occupiers with sophisticated leasing transactions and complex purchase and sale deals. He serves both national and metro DC area occupiers and has successfully completed countless transactions that have helped his clients drive down occupancy costs and improve office efficiencies. Mr. Culver has been awarded multiple NAIOP and CREBA “Deal of the Year” awards and is active in various charities including the National Kidney Foundation and Year Up. Mr. Culver is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Marketing Management, along with a minor in Global Business.

Greg will be joined by Associate, Ryan Wu, who has previous experience at The Tenant Agency and prior to that was a Financial Analyst at JLL. Mr. Wu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland.
